Common questions:
Q: When is the last time in the evening that my pet will be let out to go potty?
A: All dogs are let outside betweeen 8:00pm and 9:00pm each evening for a potty break. At that time, we also check to make sure all water bowls are full, all suites are clean, and all pets are healthy and happy. For our Kitty Pals, all litter boxes are checked, and cleaned if neccessary. All pets are given a treat, and the soft music is adjusted to help for a relaxing evening. Thanks to the excercise your pets get during the day, the resort is usually completely quiet in the evening, with all pets sleeping comfortably. We do our best to provide a stress free environment for your pals.
Q: Do you offer group play for dogs?
A: At Ani-Pals Pet Resort, our job is to keep your pet safe and secure. We feel that your pet will have a better overall experience from the personal, one on one attention that we give to all of our guests. This includes nature walks every morning and outdoor playtimes in the afternoon. Pets from the same family can always walk and play together.
Q: Can I bring my own food and treats for my pet?
A: Of course you can! Bring your pets toys too, if you like!
Q: Is the facilty protected by a security system?
A: Yes, we have a 24 hour a day monitored security system, which also monitors the temparature of the facility.
Q: What will you do if my pet is not feeling well while at the facility?
A: If your pet needs veterinary care, we first try to use the vet that we have on file for you. If it's not possible to use yours for any reason, we have a veterinarian on call 24 hours a day.
Q: Do you have a specific check in / check out time?
A: No we do not. You may check in or check out any time during our business hours. You are not charged for the day that your pet goes home. Unfortunately, we cannot provide before or after hours pickups any longer. All guests must be picked up and dropped off during normal business hours.
